What a great week! Between the arrival of our chick eggs, learning about life cycles, and becoming amazing authors of small moments we have been learning a ton!
We first started learning about a life cycle of a chick and then compared that cycle to our very own. I love seeing all their future selfs!
Friday was action packed, with some good old free play mixed in. What great builders, creators, and game players we have! We are really working on being mindful of how our action and words affect how others feel. We are also working on first telling a friend when they are hurting our feelings and giving that friend a chance to apologize and change their behavior before seeking an adult for help.
Lastly, we got to watch the Dance Crazy Kids perform! This program was open to current 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders as an after school enrichment. Great job!
