Good-bye February!

Dear First Graders,

Mrs. Kramm stopped by yesterday to talk to us about the Learning Fair. She shared some past projects and gave us an information sheet. We learned a lot about teaching others in our informational writing unit and these projects are a lot like that! It will be on March 22nd. All are invited to attend the event, even if you decide not to do a project. I love learning from you.

We are beginning our next writing unit.... persuasive reviews. In this unit, you will develop an opinion about a book, movie, store, restaurant, amusement park, place, etc. and provide reasons why you like or dislike that choice. A sheet is going home today for you to brainstorm ideas with mom and dad!
